  • Website traffic over past week: 21k unique users (highest week all year) including 6k unique users on IPO day (avg. daily traffic is usually closer to 1.1k unique users)
  • Generated 73 MQLs, 4 SQLs;  November Pipeline = 30k, Best Case = 105k, Commits = 41k
  • Gathered data from Finance for CPL analysis
  • Outlined requirements for more detailed database segmentation in collaboration with sales team
  • Built next phase of database for Corporate Town Halls
  • Refined Netline program which has generated 88 leads to date

Outbound

  • Q4 Product Spotlight Series #2: Accessibility – Prepped and kicked off event promo for Nov 17th event, email sent to GLO Prospects/Customers, notified sales org via slack/google cal; 52 registrants as of Friday morning
  • Agency Email Support – Prepped and launched emails for Karen Adams/Mike Coffey announcing events and referral process updates, 9 separate emails based on agency, shared report with Karen/Mike
  • November Product Email Planning – met with Product Marketing to confirm November schedule for product email dates. Created Asana project to house product comms. Eliza shared Email intake form to capture pertinent email requirements.
  • Onboarding Email – Reworked draft of client welcome journey email with revised onboarding process.

EU

  • EU newsletter sent out / Discussed with the EU team about some improvements we can make at this process
  • Discussed partnership with Edison (Tish is the focal contact in EU for this) to promote their survey and work on an event together for Jan/Feb 2022

Inbound

  • LinkedIn Ads deployed 
  • NIRI print/digital advertising on the fall issue of the IR Update sorted out — to be published mid-November
  • Sorted out the UK/Ireland toll free number — IT setting it up

Operations

  • Worked towards creating form fields for Partner referral pages in SF, setting up the form handlers, testing the new custom object
  • Update form handlers with additional fields on demo and content forms
  • Set up Netline reporting
  • Re-design reporting on Paid Search(Google ads) to show performance
  • Work with Mike to finalize Campaign type for campaigns 2019 and onward
