  • Sent email announcing CME offering to sell-side (200 accounts)
  • Set up landing page and promo cadence for CME event scheduled for July 29
  • Added CME announcement sticky banner to q4inc.com and IR Magazine
  • Worked with Sales Ops on briefing documents for outsourcing part 2 of the database
  • Briefed BDRs on salesloft cadence to complement marketing outreach for CME announcement campaign

Operations

  • Met with finance to discuss restricting monthly budget to enable more informative cost per lead analysis
  • Presented overview of Q2 performance for new business core and customer marketing
  • Uploaded and scored IR Magazine event registrants / attendees

Email

  • Continued Week 3 of onboarding for Eliza, new email marketing specialist
  • Revised the process for sending emails with Eliza integrated
  • Completed copy for Zoom Info compliance email
  • Outline all types of ongoing email communications currently live and start owning them (e.g. engagement series, newsletters)

Web Development

  • Testing of Chili Piper implementation for use on Demo request forms
  • Built templates for 5 upcoming email campaigns
  • Mapped out consequences of bringing web forms from Unbounce into main CMS
