  • Customer Support Portal: Supporting Jodi F with Pardot forms needed for client support portal inquires, identified new SFDC fields required for Biz Ops
  • Onboarding Nurture Assets: Working with Vanessa H on draft of script for Darrell new customer welcome video scheduled for Aug 11

CME

  • Sent second email of the CME launch campaign; Open rate: 10.19%; CTR: 1.72%
  • Met with Ortus Club to confirm event at the end of September. Developed list of target companies to invite (need to run by Nick)
  • Designed an idea for the “get a quote” lead capturing form

EU

  • Connected with IR Society to understand open opportunities for us to highlight our brand
  • Reconnected with Deutsche Borse on the partnership for November
  • Researched regional PR agencies

Operations

  • Completed Quarterly performance dashboard for Expansion business
  • Updated EU Marketing Dashboard
  • Created a Top Priority Lead/Contact report for the BDP/rep follow-up
  • Uploaded and shared links of the Corporate Town hall Sell Sheet
  • Uploaded the IR Magazine Whitepaper downloads list into Pardot and scored them

    • How Virtual Corporate Town Halls Keep Teams Aligned and Informed – Launched and promoted (internally and externally)
    • Benefits of Virtual Conferences with Kristina – Have met with Kristina to review feedback and will be updating the blog accordingly. The new updated release is the week of August 9th to align with press release distribution. 
  • Introduced to partners by Karen Adams to discuss future content or event collaborations. Have been asked by partners to follow-up after earnings

      • Connecting with Chris Deans to get input on outline, as someone who has experience advising clients on their ESG materials and as someone who is certified 
      • Will reach out to Doug Chia to potentially contribute or provide feedback
      • Will contact Etsy in regards to featuring the story of how they communicate ESG (focus on their website’s ESG section)

Social Media

  • Connected with new Sprout rep and have arranged a meeting for Thursday, Aug 5 to discuss optimizing our account to its fullest capabilities 
  • GTM Social Media Performance Reports from Sprout for Briefing Books, Corporate Town Halls, ESG, and CME
  • Corporate Town Hall GTM completed and rolled out
  • ESG GTM updated for Press Release launch

  • Drafted webinar description for an event with Stockperks on effectively communicating with retail investors
  • Continued assistance with onboarding of new Events Manager
