  • Press release: worked on the email copies for CME customers, prospects and drafted Worked with Bianca on the CME video script 

EU

  • Connected with Alex and started to outline DACH region demand gen plan 
  • Worked with EU team, Marisa and Deutsche Borse to fine tune  November’s event partnership – to be fully agreed next week (tentative)
  • Worked with IR Society to update Q4’s details on their website and negotiate an article on their next journal – in progress with Content team
  • Worked on DACH campaign to be launched next week or when the press release is launched – tentative Aug 25 – in progress (emails completed, landing page and other assets to be created, webinar for the beginning of October to be discussed with EU team)
  • Brainstormed with Eliza on newsletters designs for the EU newsletters

    2. Audit of YTD Won opportunities(330) to check on any missing marketing attribution. We found 1 opportunity with missing attribution with an ARR $24k

    Social Media

    • Social Media Performance Reports from Sprout for overall Twitter / Linkedin for August so far
    • Started discussion with Marcia regarding redesigning our social image templates
    • Developed social posts to promote 2 EU websites launched for Chris Jones
    • Amplifying Twitter post (below) by repurposing tweet into a social media post to highlight the positive feedback from popular finance Twitter accounts
      • The @Post_Market account who initially Tweeted has +70k followers, and the account who tagged us as the vendor, @BarbadianCap, has +50k followers

    General & Events

    • Participated in IRC brainstorm and provided a list of session topics
    • Met with IR Magazine to discuss Small-cap Forum participation 
      • Will work with Marisa to identify the right sessions for us to participate in as well as which Q4 team member will join as a speaker 
    • Walked Marisa through Events in Asana (template, who needs to be involved, etc.)
    • Compiling research on capital markets/investor relations courses – to be presented to Lisa next week
    • Ceros demo & feedback consolidation 

    Identified a new podcast by ICR and emailed ICR communications team to connect on participation from Darrell or other ELT thought leaders
