Website Updates:

  • Website proposal document draft – ready to be shared with sales next week.
  • Q4 platform support portal nurture developed with 4 weeks of engagement to drive awareness and use.

  • Developed process with IRL team to capture support portal testimonials
  • Conducted win interview (to be placed in channel next week)

Add-On (Expansion)

  • Corporate Town Hall Campaign: 1 additional SQO generated, 15k ARR added to pipeline
  • Launched Q4 Support Platform Adoption campaign: 4 email nurture targeting Alpha/Beta clients who have been onboarded onto the new platform.  First email performance: Delivery Rate (100%), Unique open (40%), CTOR (31%), and CTR (12%). 
  • Q4 Customer Product Release Hub: Received first draft from design, provided feedback, revisions due end of week for review
  • Q4 Activations Portal: Worked with Mike/Jodi/Trish to brainstorm a user-friendly experience for new clients to claim swag as part of client onboarding process. Provided Pardot form handlers to Jodi’s team for build.
  • Earnings Platform Migration: Worked with Bianca to prepare for Earnings migration announcement to client base mid-next week. 5 segmented emails based on client subscriptions to be built out and launched Sept 2.

New Business

  • MQL – 32; MAL – 75; SQL – 2; SQO – 1

CME / EU

  • Built and revised DACH campaign based on latest messaging 
  • Organized material to enhance our brand exposure with IR Club (boiler plate on their website, newsletters and ads calendar so we can plan accordingly, registration of members etc) – in progress
  • Started Drift training (still in progress)

Web

  • (Ongoing) Update asset log for all LPs – logo count from 2300+ to 2500+
  • New Page Build for Product Release

Email

  • Created, tested, and sent out the IR Mag event invitation email x 4 (Delivery:99%, Open: 19%, CTOR: 8%)
  • CME: Create and tested DACH Email 1, not yet sent
  • Created and published email 5 nurture warm emails
  • CME: Meeting with Lorena to plan for future EU newsletters, improvements, goals, and testing ideas.
  • Built out IR Success Newsletter

Operations

  • Worked with finance to update monthly budget structure to align with  CPL components
  • Reviewed the Marketing revenue field in SF with Bizops
  • Initiated work on FalQon for Add-on business
  • Created framework for the project ‘Eagle Eye’, a model that aims to predict lead progression through the pipeline based on historical data
  • Uploaded and scored webinar attendee/registration list 
  • Uploaded studio sell sheet in Pardot
  • Re-routed CME leads from Core BDR team to CME BDRs

Content

  • Virtual Events Case Study Asset:
    • Passed to Lisa for final review (awaiting sign off)
  • ESG Guide
    • Vanessa reviewed the final draft, will pass it to Lisa when back from vacation
  • ESG Article for IR Magazine
    • Leveraged ESG guide to craft an article for IR Magazine’s upcoming publication. The final draft is due by Sept. 1st.
  • Updated EU-focused IR Website Best Practice Guide:
    • Working with Alex & EU team to identify outdated information and update asset
    • Vanessa will begin to tackle when back from vacation
  • Blogs:
    • Activism in Q2 of 2021 by Kevin – posted!
    • The Changing Role of Investor Relations Webinar Recap – draft provided to Lisa for review
    • Webinar recap on The Evolution of Virtual Conferences Event – Michelle (freelance writer) will be creating the recap for us
    • Capital Flows – blog focused on updated IRSP offering – Billy interview postponed to September 7th (as he was busy moving office locations and will be on vacation)

Social Media

  • Social Media Performance Reports from Sprout for overall Twitter / Linkedin for August so far
  • Worked with Marcia to create new post templates for P&C (Hiring and Wisdom Wednesdays)
  • Working on EU testimonial with Marcia

General & Events

  • Submitted article topic to IR Society (small-cap focus)
  • Reviewed product marketing emails & provided feedback/direction on positioning
  • Connected with ICR on podcast; no scheduling availability until December, as they are fully booked
