  • Built the EU newsletter, campaigns, duplicated and launched emails
  • Build all five versions of the earnings migration emails (waiting for approval/shanges)
  • Completed suppression list audit, now verifying what needs to be removed

Copywriting

  • Worked on the EU newsletter (communicated with Eliza/Tish about copy/content changes and made their edits)
  • Wrote copy for Edison Group nurture campaign

Inbound / EU / Social Media

  • Social Media: P&C and Earnings posts / Chinese New Year/alignment with P&C team on what’s coming next for social
  • Drift: sorted out Data enrichment with Stephanie (it is syncing, but there are still some minor bugs to fix – under investigation with Drift team and Stephanie)
  • Reviewed Drift new features (Fastlane)
  • Helped sort out some inbound scoring issues (with Reema)

  • Started organizing adjustments to share with SK
